When the engraving machine starts to reset, it beeps or it is always easy to damage the limit switch:
1. If the ejector rod cannot reach the limit switch, just correct it.
2. The drive line is not in good contact, just try to fix the drive line firmly.
3. The limit switch line is not connected properly, just connect the line.
4. The limit switch is broken, just replace it.
When the engraving machine sets the origin, it sometimes shifts forward or to the right and the offset distance is variable:
1. The limit switch is out of order, and the limit switch has been closed and bounced open during the process of the system returning to the system origin. Just replace the limit switch.
2. The driving wire is loose. Try to fix it tightly.
Spindle motor suddenly stops or turns slowly during engraving machine working:
1. If the working voltage is unstable or overloaded, just add a voltage regulator.
2. Check whether the middle wire is connected properly and whether the wire end is desoldered.
The engraving machine cannot engrave at the origin:
1. Whether the layout size of the file matches the machine.
2. Check whether there is an offset (OFFSET) and whether the layout is set correctly.
