During the engraving process of woodworking engraving machines, the objects to be engraved are often misplaced, and we often worry about telling customers that their items are damaged during the engraving process. Again, in order to avoid these problems, we explain the tips through the following operations:
1. Check whether the pliers or chucks selected for engraving are used wrongly? At the same time, the wear of the pliers or chucks of the woodworking engraving machine will also cause the dislocation of the carved object. If the pliers or chuck are too tight, the object to be engraved will also be ejected when the cutter head touches the object to be engraved.
2. For those carved objects with irregular shapes, it seems that they have been fixed tightly on the surface, and they will shake back and forth when they are under pressure. At this time, you can try to pad some scraps under the object to increase friction. The other is to keep the packaging that comes with the item. Although the object is irregular in shape, the packaging it carries may be very regular and easy to be fixed. Easy to be fixed. Or try the tool to fix its regular position, and abandon its irregular position.
3. If the downward pressure on the object to be carved is very high, consider whether you must use a tapered knife nose. If the diamond cutter head of the engraving machine moves under too much pressure during the engraving process, the pressure on the side of the tool will cause the object to be engraved of the mobile. The same problem can result if an incorrect diamond knife is used. A 90 or 100 degree diamond knife will carve deep into the material, causing the material to move as it is being carved.
4. Since woodworking engraving machines are often equipped with multifunctional pliers or chucks, and they are made of iron, it is easy to cause damage to the carved object or make it slip during the carving process, so choose some rubber caps or rubber tubes Fixing for objects to be carved can be helpful.
5. For engraving plastic patterns, you can stick the transfer tape on the back of the object to be carved, then spray the side with the tape on the liquid spray glue, and then stick it on a surface that can be discarded, so as to avoid the use of double-sided glue, leaving a hard-to-clean surface. Because the transfer tape is easy to peel and clean up. Use special engraved tape, which is more adhesive on one side than the other, so the plate can be moved or replaced at will.
