The difference and solution between circuit failure and mechanical failure of woodworking engraving machine.
Line Failure of Woodworking Engraving Machine:
1) Performance: During the engraving process, misplaced engraving and reverse engraving occur.
Solution:
In the case of starting up, if there is irregular movement in rapid and continuous clicks, it is a "phase loss" fault. Check the line between the output terminal of the driver and the stepper motor, find out the broken line and reconnect the fault to solve it.
2) Performance: when the machining axis is controlled manually or automatically, the machine does not respond
Solution:
1) Check whether the data cable is connected firmly, if it is loose, please connect it correctly;
2) Check whether the drive line interface is loose or disconnected, and reconnect;
3) Check whether the power supply line of the host is powered off
Mechanical Failure of Woodworking Engraving Machine:
1) Performance: The machine pauses during operation, accompanied by crisp metal sounds
Solution:
①Remove the machine shell and check whether the bearing at the corresponding end is damaged;
② Check the guide rail slider, check whether the steel ball is severely worn and damaged, and check whether the guide rail has deep scratches
③ Check whether the screw is damaged, separate the ball screw nut from the connected parts, and manually turn the nut to see if there is any abnormality.
2) During the engraving process, misalignment occurs, the stepping motor runs, but the machine does not respond, please check the coupling for damage or looseness.
