Double Turning Tools Stations

The machine is fitted with two turning tool stations. Different cutters can be pre-installed for quick switching to satisfy multi-tool turning requirements. Tool changes can be completed without halting production.

Machine Frame Bed

This CNC wood lathe features a heavy-duty double-row four-track bed constructed from 30mm thick gray cast iron. The robust cast structure effectively withstands the machine's overall weight and delivers exceptional stability during the processing of large and complex wood workpieces.

Headstock

Constructed from high-strength gray cast iron, the headstock is fitted with a four-bearing drive spindle to deliver ultra-stable rotation and powerful machining performance. The cast tailstock adopts a Morse No.5 taper and a standard-stroke cylinder, enabling fast and reliable clamping of wooden workpieces. After positioning the material, the tailstock locking device firmly secures the tailstock, allowing the headstock and tailstock to stably clamp workpieces for precise machining.

Air Cylinder

High-performance air cylinders serve as the power unit for automatic clamping and loading & unloading. The tailstock cylinder drives the Morse taper centre to fast clamp wooden workpieces. Cooperating with the four-link loading and unloading system, cylinders enable automatic material feeding and discharging. Stable pneumatic clamping avoids workpiece vibration during high-speed rotation, ensuring consistent machining precision while lowering manual labor.

1.5KW Servo Motors

The three linear axes are driven by 1.5KW servo motors. Featuring strong low-speed torque and outstanding dynamic response, they deliver precise positioning and stable feeding during heavy-duty solid wood machining. Equipped with closed-loop feedback control, the servos effectively prevent step loss and ensure smooth three-axis linkage. Fast acceleration and deceleration shorten idle travel time, improving overall productivity while maintaining consistent machining accuracy for mass production.

4-Axis Milling And Turning System

This machine utilizes our self-developed 4 axis multi-functional CNC system. Having undergone long-term market verification, the system boasts excellent user-friendliness for new operators. It supports compatibility with multiple CAD/CAM software and accepts file formats including DXF, NC, TXT and DBF.

Automatic feeding system

Fitted with a standard four-link pneumatic automatic loading and unloading system, it delivers outstanding operational stability and high load-bearing capacity.

Planner Spindle

The machine is equipped with a 7.5KW air-cooled spindle dedicated for planing, reaching a maximum speed of 18,000 rpm. It comes with a standard 15 cm planer, with customized sizes available to meet diverse processing needs.

Two 6KW and one 4.5KW high-speed air-cooled frequency conversion spindles are configured for milling, carving and drilling tasks. These spindles support the installation of milling cutters, carving tools, drill bits and various other accessories. The two outer spindles feature manual angle adjustment, allowing tilted machining such as bevel carving, step surface processing and side hole drilling for higher machining flexibility.

Taiwan Hiwin 30 slide rails

The machine adopts original Taiwan HIWIN 30 linear guide rails for all linear axes. Featuring high rigidity and heavy load capacity, they deliver stable linear guidance for moving assemblies during turning, milling and drilling. Low rolling friction ensures smooth high-speed movement and excellent repeat positioning accuracy. Equipped with multi-layer dust-proof seals, the rails effectively resist wood dust erosion, maintaining long-term precision and extending service life under continuous mass production.

Cable Drag Chain

High-strength enclosed cable drag chains accommodate power cables, signal wires and pneumatic hoses for reciprocating moving axes. It restricts cable movement within a fixed track to avoid twisting, pulling and tangling. The enclosed structure effectively blocks wood dust and shavings, preventing cable abrasion and circuit failures.
