The generation of this kind of noise proves that the spindle bearing has quality problems or the service life of the spindle bearing has expired, or the quality has declined or been damaged after wear and tear. At this time, replacement can be considered.
2. There is abnormal noise when running axially. This kind of phenomenon mostly exists on the X axis.
It is mostly due to the damage of the axial motor bearing or the lack of lubricating oil on the X-axis guide rail, which is too dirty, too tight, the ball is worn, the ball is dropped, etc., and it must be dealt with in time.
