Problems with the engraving machine will lead to reprocessing, delays in engineering and other emergencies. Let's first understand some brief emergencies:
1. Terminate engraving: For some two-dimensional or three-dimensional paths, it is more complicated and takes a long time. If the tool breaks during the engraving process, first stop the engraving machine (Weihong system shortcut key F10) and then terminate the engraving (F11) Turn off spindle rotation.
2. Return to the origin of the workpiece: return the engraving machine to the origin of the workpiece (shortcut key F7), raise the machine head, and replace the tool. The diameter of the tool must be the same as that used before, otherwise it will affect the engraving effect.
3. Reset the Z-axis origin: Then turn on the spindle and set the depth of the Z-axis (consistent with the previous setting method, table-to-tool or workpiece-to-tool).
4. Execute high-level start: Click Operation--Advanced Start, select from "specific position to end of file" The specific position refers to the address of the previously terminated file, which is displayed on the left side of the spindle rotation button. Generally, the selection should be smaller than the current number, so that it will not As for omissions. Just click OK.
5. Recalculate the path: If the engraved file is composed of multiple overall paths, after an emergency occurs, you can delete the engraved path in Wentaili, keep only the unengraved path, and then save the path again.
6. Restart a new engraving file: After changing to a new tool and setting the origin of the Z axis, (note that the origin of the X\Y axis cannot be modified) select a new engraving file to engrave the unfinished part.
