CNC wood lathe turn‑mill composite machine shipment case for table leg stair baluster production
Project Overview
This customer is a large furniture manufacturer from Southeast Asia, mainly producing solid wood table legs, chair legs and stair balusters. They needed to upgrade their old single‑function wood lathes to improve product diversity and daily output.
After communication, the customer selected our 1500mm working length dual‑spindle turn‑mill composite CNC wood lathe. This model supports turning, grooving, carving and thread milling in one clamping, which can make complex decorative patterns without secondary re‑positioning.
Machine Configuration for This Order
Working length: 1500 mm
Heavy‑duty integrated cast iron frame
Dual milling spindles for turn‑mill composite processing
Double‑tool post for rough & finish turning
Pneumatic tailstock
Fuling inverter + YAKO stepper drive system
Dedicated CNC wood‑lathe control system
Pre‑delivery Preparation
Before shipment, the machine completed full‑load running test and real wood cutting test in our workshop. We checked every mechanical motion, electrical circuit, spindle performance and safety functions. All parameters were debugged according to customer's workpiece requirements. The machine was wrapped with waterproof film and packed in seaworthy wooden case for ocean transportation.
Customer Feedback
After receiving and installing the machine, the customer can produce plain turned parts as well as patterned, grooved and threaded wooden components on one machine. Labor cost for re‑clamping workpieces is greatly reduced. Daily production capacity increased around 35%. The customer is satisfied with processing precision and surface finish, and plans to place repeat orders for more production lines.
Key Benefit: One machine completes multiple processes, helps the client expand product range and win more high‑value custom furniture orders.
