The emergence of woodworking engraving machines has greatly improved the efficiency. After many customers have purchased woodworking engraving machines, they seldom pay attention to the usual maintenance work. Here we briefly explain the usual maintenance work of woodworking engraving machines.
First of all: the brain part of the woodworking engraving machine is an electronic device. The dust in the factory will accumulate in the main computer box, especially in summer. If the computer does not dissipate heat well, it will easily burn the circuit board. In order to keep the computer running smoothly , you also need to regularly disinfect and defragment the disk.
Secondly: It is necessary to regularly clean the lead screw, industrial control box, circuit board, and clean the work surface in time, including guide rails and material debris next to the guide rails, to prevent the machine from jamming during work due to debris interference.
Thirdly: After adding oil, move back and forth slowly to ensure that the lubricating oil can be evenly added to the guide rail and the screw. If the machine is not used for a long time, it should be refueled regularly to ensure the flexibility of the transmission system. First clean the guide rail and lead screw, and use a cloth (without hair removal) to clean off the oil and material scraps on the guide rail and lead screw. Due to the low temperature, oil can be added to both the guide rail and the lead screw, preferably antifreeze oil. The refueling cycle is twice a month, that is, once every two weeks. Add cooling water or coolant to the CNC economical woodworking engraving machine, and keep the cooling water free of impurities.
Finally: When using the woodworking engraving machine in winter, be sure to pour out the water in the water tank in time when the machine is not in use, so as to prevent the water tank and water pipes from freezing and cracking. The temperature of the operating workshop should be appropriately higher, as it is easy to cause the water tank of the woodworking engraving machine to freeze in winter. The temperature has little effect on the woodworking engraving machine, but because the user adds butter to the screw and forgets to clean it in winter, it will not work every time it is turned on. In some studios, the temperature is very low. Even though engine oil has been added, it is still frozen and the machine cannot run.
