It is inevitable that the engraving machine breaks down, but it is necessary to deal with the failure in time, otherwise it will not only damage the machine but also delay the project.
Common Malfunctions:
1), Short circuit of the main shaft motor, bad bearing, broken rotor, rotor slipping wire, etc.
2), The limit switch and the limit switch line are easy to be damaged.
3), The Z-axis bearing is easy to break and the coupling is pulled apart, which often causes the Z-axis to be stabbed or the depth is different.
4), The water pump is easy to ring or not to produce water.
5), The compasses are prone to slip marks after half a year.
6), The Z-axis lead screw will make a lot of noise when it moves for a long time, and it often gets stuck when going up and down.
7), The Z-axis and Y-axis are not well dust-proof and there is too much soil.
8), The lead screw nuts of the X-axis and Y-axis are easy to fall off, and the top screw of the machine is easy to loose.
9), The frequency converter is easy to short circuit, the stepper motor is easy to stop turning, the shaft is broken, and there is a gap between the upper and lower sides When using an engraving machine, you should pay attention to the safe use of electricity.
10), Engraving machine computer signal can not be transmitted.
Cause Of The Problem:
1), The software parameter setting is incorrect.
2), The machine is not connected to the computer.
3), There is a problem with the serial port of the computer.
4), The software transmission rate is inconsistent with the baud rate setting of the engraving machine.
Solution:
1 Reset the parameters.
2 Press the "Offline" button to make the offline light off.
3 Use another serial port.
4 Reset the baud rate.
