Fault Analysis of CNC Weihong Control System

Part One: One or three axes do not move or move abnormally:
1: The control card is loose or faulty.
2: The driver of the corresponding axis is faulty.
3: The corresponding axis stepper motor is faulty.
4: The corresponding coupling is disconnected or loose.
5: The corresponding screw is broken or the screw nut is faulty.
6: The sliding speed of the corresponding axis is faulty.
7: The subdivision number and current of the driver are different from those set in the software.
Part Two: Z-axis out of control:
1: The control card is loose or faulty.
2: Static interference.
3: The z-axis motor cable is faulty.
4: The file path is wrong.
5: Inverter interference.
6: There is a problem with the computer system or a virus.
7: Operation error.
