However, as a new type of mechanical equipment, there are still very few operators who are truly skilled in woodworking engraving machines, and many of them simply know how to use cabinet door engraving machines. Therefore, many users often ignore the operating requirements of the woodworking engraving machine, such as the preparation work before starting the engraving machine, the instructions for using the engraving machine, and the cleaning work after the cabinet door engraving machine is turned off. Today, I will focus on the preparation work before starting the engraving machine.
1. The operator must be familiar with the performance, processing range and precision of the machine tool according to the manual of the woodworking engraving machine, and must be proficient in the functions and operation methods of the machine tool and its numerical control device or computer.
2. Check whether each switch, knob and handle are in the correct position.
3. Start the control electrical part, and preheat according to the regulations.
4. Start the cabinet door engraving machine to make it run dry, and check the sensitivity of each switch, button, knob and handle, and whether the lubrication system is normal.
5. Familiar with the processing path and the origin of the workpiece to be processed. Only by mastering the performance of woodworking engraving machine proficiently and familiar with the operation steps of engraving machine can we make better use of woodworking engraving machine.
