01.Is this a true 5-axis linkage machine or only 5-axis positioning?

Our lathe is equipped with genuine 5-axis linkage control together with RTCP tool center point control function. The B-axis (±90° swing) and A-axis (360° continuous rotation) work synchronously to machine twisted profiles, undercut surfaces and inclined hollow structures. Some low-cost devices on the market only support fixed-point positioning instead of real linkage milling for complex curved surfaces.

02.What types of wood materials are compatible with this machine? Can it process hardwood?

It works well with oak, ash, beech, walnut, rubber wood, elm and most commonly used solid wood. The 18,000rpm high-speed electric spindle avoids wood burning and fuzzy edges during hardwood cutting. You only need to reduce the feed rate properly when processing high-density hardwood.

03.Is the programming operation difficult? Do you supply matched post-processing files?
