Machine Details:
The maximum working length of the 4 axis wood turning center for milling broaching is 1500mm, and the
maximum turning diameter is 300mm. The machine is single-axis machining with a stabilizing ring specially
designed for machining small pieces of wood, ensuring no vibration during machining.
The machine adopts Servo large drive to provide strong power; there is also a linear square rail from Taiwan
Hiwin inside, which cooperates with TBI25 ball screw to improve machine precision; stepless frequency
conversion speed regulation system can automatically locate the best speed and reduce energy consumption,
the effect of cost saving.
