Wooden Dish Making Machine

This is a wooden dish making machine for the production of bowls, vases, cups, plates, ashtrays, mugs,

stemware, furniture legs, designed for turning and broaching of wood. They allow the lathe to turn both

the outside and inside of the project thanks to the automatic tool change option and 3-jaw chuck design.

The electric tool holder equipped on the Z axis can accommodate up to 4 different woodworking turning

tools and perform automatic tool change actions. The X-axis has a fixed lathe saddle; thus, the bowl lathe

can turn the outside of the workpiece with two tools simultaneously. One for roughing, one for finishing;

it dramatically increases productivity.

Specifications:

Automatic Turret: it can install 3 different tools on the automatic turret when the wood lathe working,

unnecessary to stop work, largely promote the processing efficiency. Single-Axis Double-Knife: double-knife

feed, one knife is thick, and the other is forming.

This wooden dish making machine is suitable for processing complex shapes such as staircase columns,

vases, table and chair legs, baseball bats, European-style staircase columns, wooden hangers and washbasins,

curved round, cylindrical, conical, arc, spherical and other complex shapes Wood products or semi-finished

wood products.
