Wooden Caps Threading Drilling Lathe

The KMC 2070 automatic wooden caps threading drilling lathe(high-speed woodworking lathe for mass

production of smallwooden items) is equipped with a maximum 70mm diameter from roundwooden stocks,

with minimum wastage on each wooden dowel (10-20 mm long waste).

Machine can be fitted with square collets too (in this case,square blanks must be planed).

Max square sectionis 50x50 mm.

1). Feeder and bars stop are controlled pneumatically,collet controlled by hydraulic.

2). The linear DC motor controls wooden stocks advancement.

3). The equipment adopts a servo spindle, which can performindexing processing, thread turning, thread

milling,gongmilling,engraving and other processes.The spindle canswitch between speed mode and indexing

mode at will,and the cutting table adopts a tool arrangement schememaking it convenient to replace tools

or milling spindleswhen dealing with different processing processes.

4). The wooden caps threading drilling lathe equipment adopts a servo spindle,which can performindexing

processing, thread turning, thread milling, gong milling, engraving and other processes.

The spindle can switch between speed mode and indexing mode at will, and the cutting table adopts a tool

arrangement scheme, making it convenient to replace tools or milling spindles when dealing with different

processing processes.

Package and Delivery:

Regarding the packaging, the inner layer of air cushion film, the middle layer of waterproof cover, and the

outer layer of stretch film, all of these are environmentally friendly materials. If only one or two sets machine

shipped, wooden boxes are recommended, which is safer. If shipped in FCL (Full container loading), it can be

packed without wooden case and loading in factory directly.

Step1: water proof wrapping film with foam protection in each corner.

Step2: Solid seaworthy wood box package with steel belt.

Step3: Save space as much as possible for container loading.
