The power system of CNC wood lathe machine uses a 750w Delta servo system and a Yako 2d811 large drive, which can provide powerful power support for the efficient operation of the machine.For the spindle part, the machine has a 3.5kw air-cooled spindle, and the maximum speed can reach 18000RPM; the machine adopts Taiwan Hiwin square and slider, which have the characteristics of high precision and good stability. With the automatic feeding system, it can effectively save manpower and improve work efficiency.

The frame of the CNC wood lathe machine is firmly welded, the whole machine weighs about 1600KG, and the stainless steel chuck with super gripping force inside it, the machine will not shake at high speed, and the wood can be firmly fixed. The machine has an LR display controller and a DSP remote control, the operator can observe the working process through the LCD screen on the LR display to achieve a full range of automated processing.
